Without faith it is impossible to please God?

Without faith it is impossible to please God? I HATE this comment! Who are we to say that we know what pleases or displeases God? Because of the man written allegedly divinely inspired Bible?

Why can't we be in charge of our selves? Our destinies? Our lives? Why do we have to depend on a creator that does not show concrete evidence of its existence?

China is building up its army with one purpose in mind - to severely kick our ass if we oppose them in the Pacific.
